SSF2T
marked the first appearance of Gouki (or Akuma in the US). Probably
the most powerful character in the game, they took away his super
bar to balance him out, i.e. lower his cheapness. Many people have
been having problems selecting him, so here are save states of from
right after he is selected.

This
save is set up so when you pick your character, you will enter Bison's
stage, and watch a scene where Shin/Tien Akuma Shun Goku Satsus
Bison. You then get to fight him. He has the Double Air Fireball
and such, so he's even difficult to fight with Akuma himself. Thanks

Shin
Akuma in SSF2T is his strongest appearance in *any* SF game. He
is insanely powerful, VERY fast, throws two very fast air fireballs
( with no lag ) can't be dizzied, has an invincible Ashura Warp,
and has the meanest AI for any character in the game.
Don't bother trying to continue on him - Shin Akuma only fights
the worthy; you only get one chance, blow it, and you have to face
Bison on your own.
